Your portrait's first draft will be ready within 12–24 hours of submitting your request. Once you approve the preview, the portrait is finalised and delivered.

If you chose the digital copy, you'll receive it immediately by email. If you ordered a physical print, it'll arrive within 1–2 business days.

In a hurry? Add Skip-the-Queue at checkout and your draft will be ready in 24 hours.

Since our portraits are hand-drawn by real illustrators, we can't provide a preview before you order.

However, after your purchase you'll receive a first draft within 48–72 hours by email. Take your time to review it — only after your approval do we move on to the final version and, if requested, the physical print.

No. Our artists can combine people and animals from separate photos.

When you configure your order, you can upload as many photos as you like in the same step — individual or group shots. Just make sure you have them all ready before completing your purchase.
